Description:

Wheel-of-the-Year Junk Journal Swap

For this swap, we will be making a journal with eight decorated pages—one for each sabbat of the Wheel-of-the-Year: Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Litha, Lughnasadh/Lammas, Mabon, Samhain, and Yule.

-Use a typical composition book with a sewn binding and 100 pages. (Do not use a wire-bound notebook; they get crushed when mailed. The sewn binding also stands up to thick junk-journal type pages.)

-Decorate the pages in a junk journal style using various ephemera of your choice. Include the name of each sabbat on the page since these will be title pages for each section. Make sure that the pages are pagan in theme and not just random designs. Decorate the entire page.

-This is a very involved swap that could possibly take a long time depending on how fast you work. Please begin work on this BEFORE you sign up for the swap. If you encounter any problems, this should help you get the journal made and mailed before deadline.

-You will have four weeks from signing up to finish. This works out to be two pages a week.

-Please message your partner directly if you have any questions about their preferences. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the swap, please let me know! :)
