Christmas Three Part Gift

For this swap, I will give credit to a video I saw on you tube. The name was Papercraft Positivity. This will be a three part craft that you could use for a gift. It will consist of a bookmark, a cover for the bookmark, and a paper clip embellishment.
For the bookmark, it will need to be 6” long and 2” wide. Please decorate and nicely as you would an ATC or journal page. The back does not need to be decorated on the back. Just pretty paper. Remember this is a bookmark so the front can be embellished but it is a bookmark.

The cover will be 5” inches long and 3” wide. The top of the bookmark will extend out from the top. For the cover you will can use sturdy scrapbook paper or nice card stock. The cover can be decorated with embellishments as this is a cover for the bookmark. You can also think of the cover looking like a long library card envelope.

The paperclip will be an embellishment that can be like the fabric embellies that we did before or if you are new to this you take three small pieces of paper or fabric, place them together with a pretty button or brad to secure them together and it makes a sweet pretty to use as an embellishment. Then attach the embellishment to a paperclip, securely and slip onto the top of the bookmark. This finishes off the bookmark and the paperclip can be removed and used for something else.

So, we have a bookmark, a cover, and a paperclip embellie that finishes off the bookmark. What a sweet gift to give a reader.

Now with all our instructions, please cut evenly, use nice paper, go lightly with the glue and make the bookmark gift something you would like to receive. Have fun!!
