Contemporary Christian Mix CD Swap

I have this one on my watchlist, but still thinking about it. I love contemporary christian music, but I have never burned music off the internet or put must on cd, so may need to play around with it first and then decide. How many songs will we need to put on the cd?

as many as you can fit on it, most cds you can burn bewtween 60 and 80 minutes :-)

Like critterlove57, I've never burned music off the internet. Where can I find contemporary christian music online that I can legally copy nad burn?

limewire is free and legal. my only problem is it won't let me access anymore, it says I ahve a firewall stoppin g them,e ven when I turn my firewall off it won't let me access. Otherwise I'd love to join this swap.

I would recommend limewire also,and kysunflowerhave you resubscribed? I know I had to after about a year, but it is well worth it. I beleive there is a program called Bearshare as well. Any filesharing program would work, but limewire is the best. It is 14.95 for unlimited downloads.

Ok, I'm still stumped:( Sorry I'm so dumb when it comes to this sort of thing, lol. I managed to download 2 songs from limewire, but haven't figured out how to burn them off. They're saved in my music list, but I can't find a button, link or anything that says to burn it to cd. Am I totally dense ore what? Ok, maybe I have to insert a cd before I will see it? Heck, just thought of that. Ok, I'll give that a try and then holler if that doesn't work. Bought cds today so ready to roll if I ever get this thing figured out. Another thing, is there any way to listen to a song on limewire before downloading it? Can't find that either...heck:) Finding lots of contemporary christian songs that I don't know and don't really want to do a bunch of downloading on sister's computer unless I know I want it. She said something about there being a limited amount of downloads we can do on her internet satellite, or something like that:(

I finally got it!! I have been playing around with this computer, limewire and media player for 2 days, and finally got it!! Now I think I'm ready for this swap:) But, I've got some other swaps to take care first, so will probably end up joining at the last minute. Thanks everyone for your help:) Bea
