In general you can fill them with tags, bookmarks, stickers , paper scraps , postcards , really so much can be added. You can look at your partners profile if that helps.

Take the time to decorate the pocket as well. This pocket envelope swap is a type 3 because it uses more paper and when it is filled should weigh between 75-100gr. Please remember then, the postage will cost more.
