In this swap you will have 2 partners. You will buy each partner 2 scratchers and mail them out. (total of 4 scratchers for swap) You can include a card if you wish. If you dont send a card be sure to wrap the scratchers in paper so they can not be seen in the envelope. Good luck and have fun!

this is difficult to do because if you win a prize on the scratcher it must be claimed in the state of purchase, what if someone wins big money?

Hi all, Out of state tickets can be mailed to the district lottery office for that state and they will mail you a check. In most cases a ticket under $599 just requires you to fill out the back. Anything over $600 dollars usually required a copy of your driver's license and social security number. As with anything else in the mail if it's a large dollar amount you can insure it. If I win big I would hop on a plane and claim the $ with no complaint :-)

When I have won (nothing too big but nonetheless a money winner), I've found that the states I've sent to have sent me checks within a couple weeks. . . always a nice surprise in the mailbox!!!

I have won from CA and I am in TN. I just filled out the back of the card, mailed in it, and got a check in a couple of weeks.
