TPC: Spell Swap - Manifestation

Welcome to The Penpal Coven Spell Swap series, where each month we swap original spells based on a specific theme. For the first swap, as it's one of the spells witches should learn first, we're swapping manifestation spells.

The idea is to craft a grimoire/BOS page for your partner, with a spell you have written yourself (not one taken from a book/online!). You can either share a spell you have already created, or you can write one specifically for the swap. If writing a new spell, you have the choice to either tailor the spell to your partner, or to your own path/practice. Over time, each participant will have built up their own unique The Penpal Coven Grimoire/Book of Shadows!

The spell must:

• Include a list of spell components
• Include spell directions
• Be a creative grimoire/BOS page

You are not required to send any spell components, but you may do so if you wish.  

Some examples of types of spells/forms of magic to inspire you: candle magic, crystal magic, knot magic, sigil magic, tarot spells, spell jars, charm bags, talismans, amulets, potions, incense blends, spoken spells, written spells, etc.

For those new to writing their own spells, I've created a Pinterest board of resources to help guide you, and a Pinterest board of basic correspondences, I.E. Moon phases, common herbs, colours, days of the week, etc. You're encouraged to follow your intuition when writing your spell, but if you're stuck or want some inspiration, there is also a Pinterest board with some Manifestation correspondences, but here are a few from my Grimoire:  

• Herbs, Plants and Resins: Bamboo, beech, dandelion, dragon’s blood, ginger, ginseng, pomegranate, safe, sandalwood, violet, and walnut.
• Crystals: Clear Quartz (can be programmed to whatever use you require, powerful catalyst in wish spells), Opal (stone of amplification),
• Colours: White (can be used in the place of any colour)
• Moon Phase: Waxing Moon; Full Moon
• Day of the Week: Thursday
• Planets: Jupiter, Saturn
• Number: 8 (manifestation). Also 3 (goals; objectives), 6 (the seeking of pleasure and contentment; completion of tasks), and 9 (completion; fulfillment; guarantee a successful outcome).

If you're feeling overwhelmed, remember that a spell doesn't have to be complicated to be powerful; more simple spells work just as well.

Requirements

• Create an grimoire/BOS page with an original spell of your own creation for your partner - at least one A4 page, but can include more if the spell requires it, and be as creative as you like - on the theme of manifestation.
• Include a note with the title of this swap and your swapbot username.
• You have 3 weeks to complete and mail your spell.
• Please check if your partner is in the broom closet before sending anything that's witchy on the outside. You can check that by clicking on the member list on our Discord server and then look for your partner's name. After clicking it, their info and roles will pop up.
• Rating: Please make sure to promptly rate your partner a 5 if their swap meets the requirements as stated above. You must leave a note with your rating! No blank ratings! If there are any problems, please reach out to your partner before rating a 3 or even 1. You can, of course, give hearts to your discretion.
