Let's Go Hiking!

It's hiking weather and wow I love it!! Summer is almost here and I saw a similar swap by @Honeyloveart and decided to give it my own feel!

When putting your swap together, imagine that you are packing a bag for a hiking day in the woods and think about what you'd do and what you'd bring.

Please only join if you're able to shop for this swap and get your partner something really nice!!! Note the recommended costs next to each item- this should cost you around $20 before shipping.

You know those "kit" boxes you can get each month? Let's make one for our partner and fill it with some things you'd take with you on a hiking trip in the woods!

1 "tool" to use while you're in the woods (compass, field guide or book to read, blank journal, disposable camera, reusable water bottle.. etc) $3-$10

1 new or like new notebook a pen and some decorative accents (traveler's notebook any size would be lovely for this!) $3-$5

1 snack you'd bring with you in your journey! (Candy, trail mix, spiced nuts, fruit leather, granola, instant drink packs for water bottles etc. Must be store bought/packaged) $1-$3

1 practical / protective item (band-aids, mosquito repellent bracelet, small flashlight, sunblock, compass, etc) $1-$3

1 extra item of your choice that fits the theme (maybe you like to find rocks when you're hiking, or bring mini jars for collecting plant samples, Just a couple ideas just choose something of your choice) $1-3

So that's at least 5 items, packed in a nice box, and a note card explaining your choices and what you're looking forward to this Summer ! Feel free to be creative with your choices as long as you meet the number of items, the estimated value, and make it something you'd be happy to receive!
