something positive that had happen to me this month... I found all the crafts that I have thought that I lost! I got all my paper crafts and my bag full of stickers and washis! it may seem simple but I thought I lost them!! I am happy to have found them! And I lost 4 lbs ! after riding bike every day for the past 2 weeks!! :D

Our older daughter and our granddaughter came for a four-day visit for the first time in 18 months. We have had several outdoor, masked, distancing day-visits but this was the first stay-over visit, now that all the adults are vaccinated.

I am extremely happy and grateful that I don't have to wear a mask since a few weeks ago!! I had a hard time shopping in different places! It's so hard to breathe through the mask!! I enjoy shopping now!! I also enjoy seeing all the beautiful smiles pepe give me everywhere I go!!❤😀

I started reading again after being in a slump

I am grateful for the nicer weather where we can sit out on patios at restaurants and enjoy a nice meal. I'm also with @pinklilly and I'm grateful that we don't have to wear masks now. :)

I am thankful to find a swap that a new person can join. LOL This is really cool. Thank you so much for hosting this.

I actually read a book! After months and months. It's still reading it here and there, when I get a chance but I finished it! :)

So, I am a preschool teacher and before the preschool closed for the summer, one of my students came up to me with a gift. On a Monday when he arrives, he runs up to me with a painting he made. Yes, most people would just see it as a painting of random colors made by a three-year-old. But to me it was special. He took his time at home to think of me to make me a painting. Also, that boy and two other students told me they loved me!

In past month I had a birthday ! My son graduated to 9 th grade out of middle school into high school. My youngest grandson turned 1 . I found something I thought I had lost. ( converter box from tv to DVD player in our camper tv ) . Finally no mask in most places . Glad Covid is hopefully over .

So far this year I've had a couple of injuries - pinched nerve in the low back and recently my left foot has been painful for the last couple of months even though I have not had any traumatic event like a fall. Finally saw the orthopedic this week thinking it was a stress fracture, but thankfully it is not! No hobbling around in a boot for me - yay :) And my back has almost healed to 100% !

I just love to read all the positive things from all of you!

I finally found some furnitures to put on my backyard, so I can sit there and read, eat, write letters or take a nap. It’s so nice to get some extra space when living in a small apartment 😀

We just had our annual Folk Festival to celebrate West Virginias birthday (158yrs old) and my granddaughter and husband rode our horses in the parade. It was awesome to see our 12 yr old granddaughter sitting proudly up there on her Palamino. Hopefully it is the first of many parades for her. During the 3 days of the Folk Festival I set up a craft table in our historical society and sold magic wands and golden dragon eggs that I made. It was a blast.

I rented my house out that I've been paying for the last 6 months! It's been very costly to pay for two homes. I was trying to sell it but no go so I decided to rent and it went super fast! I'm so grateful!

I bought a new car!! I bought it a month ago and I am loving it! I have been with my old car a 2010 hondo civic and it got to its limit already! so i am happy to have gotten a new car !

In the month of June, I had to have emergency surgery. I know you are thinking, "how can that be positive". Well, because of the surgery I have been put on a total of 8 weeks out of work by my doctor. During this time, I was able to relax, center my brain, rest my body, and getting back to things that have brought me joy--swap-bot being one of them! I have really been able to sit back and evaluate my happiness and making changes where they need to be made to make my life less stressful and more fulfilling. So, while something bad did happen in the beginning of the month, I think it has led to a lot of positive outcomes internally and externally in my life.

Something positive is that I have been able to raise one the neglected baby lambs who was born a couple of days ago. Unlike his sister, his mother isn't feeding him, so I am now his new mummy hehe. Bottle feeding in the cold can be tedious though.

1. Started visiting some churchs in our new area
2. Got a raise @ work
3. With the raise I also got 2 weeks off with pay
4. Going home for 2 weeks

In June, the province I lived in finally re-opened after being on lockdown for many months. It's wonderful to be able to go to a store to look for fun things instead of just essential items. I've got some new stickers and supplies as a result, which has brought me a lot of joy. :) Can't wait to share the goodness through swaps.

I started a new eating plan and I have lost 5 pounds.

It is actually something that happened to my oldest. He got his first offer to play baseball at a Junior College. It has really boosted his confidence because he didn’t think anyone would be interested in him.
