SWAS: Witchy Etsy Gift Swap

In order to bypass high shipping costs but still spread some witchy love, we're going to do an Etsy swap!

You will order a witchy gift for your partner based on their swap-bot profile or Etsy wishlist. This means, you will choose something based on the energies you get from their profile. If you have a hard time choosing something, you can refer to their Etsy favorites.

Your Etsy favorites: In order to make this more accessible for everyone, please make sure to add witchy items with different price ranges. However, each item should not exceed $15 after shipping. I recommend only putting things on your list that are shipped from the country you live in or neighboring countries to keep the shipping costs low. Please add the link to your wishlist with at least 5 items to your profile. It is important to add http:// (not https://) to the link, otherwise it won’t work (since swap-bot is old and buggy). I’ll check this before assigning partners.

When you’re looking for a gift yourself, you can filter the results by country/region too.

When you purchase the gift, you will enter your partner’s address, which you will receive via swap-bot once the partners have been assigned, as the shipping address.

Please add a gift note to your purchase including your swap-bot username. In the cart, there will be an option “This order is a gift”. After you check it, another 1-2 options will pop up (depending on that the seller offers, “Add gift message for free” and “Add gift wrapping for $XY”). If the seller doesn’t offer gift notes, please kindly ask them to add a note for your partner to mention who it is from in the “Add a note to seller (optional)” area.

Requirements:

• Add an Etsy wishlist to your profile
• Order a witchy gift from Etsy based on your partner’s swap-bot profile or Etsy wishlist and have it shipped to them directly.
• The gift should cost a minimum of $5 and should not exceed $15 (this is the maximum) after shipping.
• Add a note to your partner and your swap-bot username during the checkout process.
• You have 5 days to choose something for your partner and purchase it.
• Rating: Please make sure to promptly rate your partner a 5 if their swap meets the requirements as stated above. You must leave a note with your rating! No blank ratings! If there are any troubles, please reach out to your partner before rating a 3 or even 1. You can, of course, give hearts to your discretion.
