Steampunk Utility Belt

Tooi had the brilliant idea that we should have a Steampunk Utility Belt swap, and I concur! Whether one be an adventurer, explorer, fabricator, or entity-at-large, it is comforting indeed to have one's tools-of-the-trade close to hand. This swap will be to One Partner, One Wearable Belt with a minimum of Three (or more, should you be so inspired) Useful Items to dangle therefrom. These Useful Items should also possess Steampunk/retrofuturist aesthetics, and you shall also concoct and include an Owner's Manual, for obvious reasons. Anything beyond that is a. Up to You and b. Heartworthy, and we shall applaud your industry.
