This swap is International and you will have 10 partners! Please be sure you are ready to send to 10 International partners before you sign up!!

Please read the entire description, including who can join! Yes, it's a lot, but it's here for a reason. ;)

The idea is to write and mail a letter or card each day of February, so try to write one card each day. Of course, you don't 'have to' write one per day, but that is the spirit of InCoWriMo. This swap is for sending postcards rather than letters. One POSTCARD to each partner is the requirement - However, if you wish to write more, you may send a notecard or letter. But this is SENDER'S CHOICE! If you are not ok with only receiving a postcard, then this might not be the swap for you! Your partner is not required to send to your wishes.

What is the swap?

One postcard (minimum) to each partner, dated, stamped and mailed before send by date.
Include the swap title and your Swap Bot ID on the card, and write a nice message to your partner (MORE than the swap title, and 'Happy Swapping' or 'Have a nice day'!!), as much room as you have space for. Take a look at their profile, maybe you can suggest a movie or book they might like. Tell them something you did today. List your favorite songs - just be sure you write a message to your partner. Postcard is sender's choice 'naked' or in an envelope Option of letter or notecard is sender's choice

Who can join? This swap is for established swappers. You should have a minimum of 20 sent & rated type 2 swaps. (If you have several 'ratings booster' type swaps you may be banned from the swap.)

NO late sends on your dash.

NO unresolved 1's or 3's - leave a comment to show how you have tried to resolve the issue. If I can't see that you've tried to resolve the issue, you will get banned.

NO 1's or 3's in the last 6 months

Your profile MUST be WELL FILLED OUT - this shows the swap host that you are invested in being a member of swap-bot, and it gives your partner something to read, prompts of what to ask you or write about. You profile should contain several sections, and include topics about your likes/dislikes, interests, hobbies. If you have pictures on your profile, they don't take the place of actual content.

The send by date is not a suggestion! It is a requirement! You should be ready to send no later than the send by date. This is a simple, flat mail swap, so have a stamp ready and a card, and you should be all set. If you cannot mail on time, you MUST contact your partner and swap host. That is courtesy, and communication can solve a lot of problems.

Ratings

You MUST rate your partner. If you receive at least a postcard - and with the swap title and swap bot ID & sent on time, you should rate a 5. If there are any problems, please message your partner, and your host!

Yes, mail is moving slowly but don't use that as an excuse for not sending on time. If your area of the world is having mail issues, maybe take a break from swaps to avoid problems or bad ratings.
