Note card & a bird drawing (USA)

Do you like birds? Do you like to draw them? Well have I got a swap for you!

For this swap you will be sending 1 partner a note card (sender's choice) and a drawing of a bird - any bird you like! You may draw it directly in the note card or you can include the drawing on a separate piece of paper tucked into the card.

You may use any materials to draw your bird including pen, colored pencils, markers, oil pastels, you can even paint or watercolor if you like, but please no collage! If the materials you choose to use are messy please ensure they won't get all over the card or your partner when they open up the mail.

You don't have to be an amazing artist to join this swap! If you are only able to draw a cartoonish bird that's okay, just put forth your best effort and create something you would be happy to receive. You will have 2 weeks to complete this swap so no need to rush!

Please also write something nice inside the note card. For example a quote, fact about birds or the specific bird you drew, or a nice personal note to your partner. It's up to you what you write - don't send the card blank and please write something even if you choose to do your drawing in the note card itself.

Here are the rules simplified:

• 1 note card (sender's choice) and 1 drawing of any bird you choose to 1 partner.

• Drawing may go directly in the card or be included on a separate piece of paper.

• Any style of art and skill level is welcome, just put effort into making something you would like to receive!

• May draw (or paint) with any materials, but NO collage for this swap. If materials are messy ensure they are set and won't rub off (ex if you use pastels)

• Must also write a nice note, quote, bird fact etc inside the note card even if you drew the bird in the card. Don't send the card blank.

• Include the swap name and your username on the card and/or on the drawing.

• Please rate as soon as you can once you've received your swap. Give your partner a 5 if they followed the rules - a note card with something written inside and a drawing of a bird by the deadline. Give a heart if you love it! Contact me if you have any issues with the swap or your partner.

Newbies may participate in this swap with a well filled out profile. Rated swappers must not have any recent or unexplained 1s & 3s. All participants must have been active within 3 days of the start of the swap and I will be checking profiles prior to assigning partners. I reserve the right to remove anyone for any reason! I will angel in the case of flaking once you have attempted to communicate with your partner and rated them.
