Description:

Welcome to a Once Upon A Time swap!

This swap's theme is: Once Upon A ... Postcard from Outer Space!

For this swap you will write a postcard from your planet to another. Consider making a postcard out of a 4" x 6" piece of card and draw, paint, sticker, or craft whatever you think an intergalactic postcard might look like! Purchased postcards with a planetary theme will also be accepted. Some writing prompts include: what is the weather like where you are? What do you eat for breakfast? Do you have a pet and what are they like? What do you do as a job?

Please consider decorating your envelope a little too, if you are using one (to protect a handmade card etc.) - remember you bought it in a shop in this world so things might look a little odd!

This swap is for people with 4.95 rating min. Please rate a five if you receive a postcard matching the writing prompt. Hearts are up to you.

I will angel flakers after a reasonable amount of time has passed (shipping can take quite a while overseas!) and once the flaker has been rated a 1.

Quick question, you say to decorate the envelope, but this is a postcard swap? Are we supposed to send the postcard inside an envelope? Very excited to participate!

@rachelgogan - I will leave this up to the sender but thank you for asking! I know some people like to send a few extras, or might be afraid of sending a handmade postcard through the post in case it gets damaged... In those cases an envelope can be used.

If you are happy to send your postcard through the post as is then this is perfectly fine too!

Once your recipient gets a postcard then all is good! I'll edit the description now.

Thanks so much for the clarification :)
