EPUSA: Scraptastic #2: Polaroid Cards

Let’s try something new and so pretty!

For this swap Amity Bloom will inspire us to create some pretty journal spots using magazine/book images/scraps. Video can be found Here

She shows many samples in the beginning, but her actual process starts at about 7:00. We will be making TWO of these for our partner.

Choose some pretty images and create what looks like a Polaroid picture. Keep three sides about the same width. The bottom portion should be a bit wider to mimic an actual Polaroid.

Size will depend on the images used. Use magazines or books with images you would like to share. Add some bits to complete: fibers, ribbon, washi, added scrap papers, texture, etc. to complete. Leave the back blank in case used in a journal. These will also be great for the focal point on a handmade card or a bookmark.
