Description:

I love shaped ATC's, so I'm offering them again this year. This will be a monthly series where every month we do a different shaped ATC. If there are any shapes you would like to try as an ATC, please let me know in the comments section below. This month let's make a Mitten/Glove shaped ATC. Your ATC must be shaped like at least one mitten, but I don't mind if you do more than one mitten in your shaped ATC.

Here are some examples of Mitten shaped items that could be made in to an ATC:

An ATC is sized 2.5 x 3.5 inches. Draw out and Cut your shape on your standard ATC size base, going all the way to the edges. Your ATC will still be 2.5 x 3.5 in size, just not the standard rectangle shape, but the shape of the month. Then color, paint, collage, etc. your Mitten shaped ATC and send to your one partner. You do not have to make your ATC look like the shape...meaning you do not have to make your ATC look like a decorated mitten...you could for example, paint a snow scene on the mitten instead, or collage, etc. You could make it look like a decorated mitten if you choose....but it's up to you how you interpret the challenge. Your ATC's can resemble any Mitten/glove Shape of your choice. Your ATC may be made in any direction. They may be made using any art mediums. Please no store bought stickers....you're more than welcome to hand make any art stickers. Please sign and date the back of your ATC, with your artist info. These are miniature works of art, made by you. Have fun creating them.
