Do you have a stash of decorated paper napkins and don't know what to do with them?

The is the updated version of this swap. I recently received a napkin decorated envelope and it was beautiful! I thought it would be great to learn how to make these envelopes. I learned and the envies were so fun to make, let's make some more!

Note: Rather than use Saran Wrap you may use Press and Seal, the trick is to place the sticky side down. Otherwise directions are the same.
