Hopefully you will have time to squeeze this one into your busy holiday schedule.

Number 33 THEME: NEW SHAPE

For this one, turn your playing card into a new shape…square, tag, banner, circle, triangle…anything you like. Decorate as usual in sender’s choice of theme. Your new altered shape may make the card smaller, so cover it all if you like!

Please note: We are using standard size playing cards for these swaps unless it specifically states jumbo or mini cards.

Other requirements for altering are: The ideal card should have some part of the front showing…even if it’s just a corner. It’s nice to see the number or suit showing.♥️♦️♠️♣️ My inspiration for this series came from the Full Deck Challenges on YouTube and Instagram which use playing cards rather than game cards. 🃏

This is not just stickers and a go. This altering requires different mixed mediums like gesso, ModgePodge or gel mediums, watercolors, paints, ephemera, textures, etc.

Please add some info on back of your cards even if it’s just your Swapbot name.

This swap should be a one postage stamp type swap. Including extras is thoughtful, but not necessary. If included, keep very minimal to avoid extra postage.

As always, thanks for joining my swap.

Does this mean we are cutting the card to a new shape, which could end up smaller than an ATC or are we altering it in a fashion to make it look like a different shape?
