LSRUS: Weekly Meal Log-Int'l

Hello everybody! For this swap, you will take a piece of paper and make a 7-day log. It can be in a calendar format or just a list. It is your choice how you put it together. The idea is to log everything you eat and/or drink in 24 hours. So, start with Monday and end it on Sunday. You can go ahead and start your log from Monday the 26th and complete it on March 3. Then when partners are assigned, you can send the list off and add in a small tuck-in for your partner. Also, enclose a note on how you feel about what you consumed.
