National Poetry Month: April

April is National Poetry Month.
For this swap, select a poet that you like and admire. It can be any poet from the classics to the contemporary. If you have many favored poets, you might mention them but focus on one. In your email, write a few words or sentences about why you selected your poet.
Then include one or two of the poet's works. There are many places on the Internet where you can find poetry.
See if you can convey what you admire about your poet and their poems to your swap partner. Select from your heart: did a poem make you laugh? Did it give you a new image to admire? Did it use words that sound perfect together?

You can use free verse as well as more formal rhyming verse. The only wrong way to do this swap is to ignore it!
