If it’s within the USA, to only pay $0.56 (or one forever postcard stamp), follow USPS Postcard rules: 3-1/2 inches high x 5 inches long x 0.007 inch thick, AND * no more than 4-1/4 inches high x 6 inches long x 0.016 inches thick. If it's bigger or thicker, you pay more. From the US, mailing a postcard internationally costs the same as mailing a letter.
