I haven't seen an Embroidery Floss swap lately. It's an easy, inexpensive to mail swap. This is an international swap open to swappers with a 4.0 or higher rating and no more than one no send in the past 2 months. Newbies are welcome with complete profiles. You will have 4 swap partners, and send each 6 skeins of embroidery floss. (Of course, for just a little more postage cost you can shoot for getting a heart and maybe annoy the post office at the same time - for the US swappers dealing with the new postal rates, etc)

I would love to join, I just have one question I have a lot of embroidery floss,but all of it is wind into bobbins but they are new. I never used them. I thought that before I got serious about cross-stitch I wanted to have all the colors so I got all most all of them. Is it all right if I send some of this floss if not, I could buy some more. Let me know. Thanks!

Angel Fairy, I would think that on bobbins is fine - so long as its new and full. It might be good to include a quick note in that vein with the swap.

Hmmmm, I'm sure I would be in if we could clarify the number of skeins a bit. A letter (business or simple?)size envelope full( how full? crammed so full that the USPS protests..haha...or about six laid side by side so the envie is still flat)is a rather arbitrary amount.

I do a lot cross stitch I like this swap. Yes it would be better to know how much floss we have to send.

Simple and fun - can't wait for this one! I'm a real fan of overdyed floss, but also use DMC & don't have a lot of the newest colors (hint, hint! :^) I wonder what everyone else's favorites are??

ewwww errrrrrr i wish i could join this swap i have soo much floss to get rid of but im having surgery today and by the time i get out from the hospital ...please host another swap at a later date please with cheeeeesssssseeeeeeee......:o)
