July Red & White Variety Swap

For all of us who love variety and the colours red & white - this swap will be a lot of fun. Both to send and receive.

You will have 1 partner for making your swaps extra special an easier task.

The goal is to send your partner red & white goodies but the twist is trying to not limit yourself to one or two types of materials (such as yarn, paper, rubber stamps) Please try to be as diverse as possible with your items and try to get as many different material based items as you can. i.e.

• metal - tin - foil - plastic - glass - foam - chip board - rubber - wood - natural fiber - synthetic fiber - paper of different types could count as different materials - cellophane - clay - sand - sugary items - sour items - gummy items - tea leaves - coffee beans - wax - chocolate - etc)

This will be slightly challenging, but it will force you to slow down and pay attention to a lot of things you'd normally pass over with a quick glance (if that!) and you'll probably end up finding a lot of really neat new things you never thought might exist!

Since it's all about material variety, you won't be tailoring everything to your partners profile - but PLEASE pay attention to allergies, dislikes, dont send's AND try to put at least a few items in there based on their interests to make it extra special.

• a few glass, stone, cloissone, or millefiore beads
• a postcard or memorabilia item
• a poker chip from a real place (like vegas)
• embroidery floss for cross stitchers
• pack of fimo
• inks, pens, pencils, etc

There are tons of ideas! I am once again giving this a pretty extended send by date to give you ample time. Sign ups will end on a saturday and send by's will be on a saturday, 3 weeks apart.

We'll be dancing to the tune of $15 USD before postage. And please aim for hearts!
