The majority of people in the Lapghan Swap #1 were flaked on. I simply cannot let people send out great packages and recieve nothing in return. Do not send out your packages. Thank you to all who have been understanding. I hope in the future someone can organize another swap and be successful.

I just got the message (as you all probably did) that this swap is going to be cancelled, and I wanted to also place my reply here:

Oh NO :( :( I just crocheted my very FIRST granny squares...I made up 8 of them for my partner, then wrapped up tiny little gifts in each square and wrapped each up like a little gift and have it all packaged and ready to go out to my partners! I even have the colors and gifts coordinated to my partner's likes and dislikes :( This sure is a huge disappointment since I put all that time and effort into it...not to mention learning to crochet JUST for this swap (you can see my post about it on my blog at: http://stephaniedavies.com/blog/ - heck I even SAY in my post I learned how to do it just for THIS swap.

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how disappointed I am that the swap is going to be cancelled. You should just not let newbies or people with a few swaps in.

I just want to let MY partners know that I've copied their information and they WILL be receiving my packages. I really don't care if I get anything in return. So Vicki and PolkadottieRose, yours are going in the mail tomorrow :)

This was my first swap set and like I said, it didn't work out for #1.
