Description:

It's almost that confusing time of year when a bunny who lays eggs brings us marshmallow chickens and other novelty goodies.

So, let's give that busy bunny a rest! Simply take an empty (at first) plastic egg and alter it up so it looks interesting. Paint, collage, stamp, decoupage or use any other technique you know of to make the egg unique. Let it dry and then fill the inside with goodies for your partner. Repeat this process until you have made nine eggs! You will have 3 partners and send them 3 eggs each.

Be creative in this swap and don't feel confined to just pastel/holiday themes. Ultimately it is senders' choice, but make sure to check if your partner has any allergies if you are sending candy/chocolates/etc.

Make sure to package it securely for shipping as no one wants scrambled eggs arriving in their mailbox!

Guidelines

  • International
  • Quality work only
  • 3 eggs each for 3 partners
  • Flakers should not be an issue in this group, but I will be checking profiles just in case

Edited You will only have 3 partners and create 9 eggs total!

Any questions? Just ask!

Happy Crafting!

For clarification: We are to buy plain plastic eggs and decorate them or does one of those funky shaped ones (I just saw one in the shape of a chicken, so cute!) count?

For the record: I'm keeping my chicken shaped ones!!!

Oh, and I'm assuming these will be the average egg size or are we going jumbo/itty bitty?

I'm playing Devil's Advocate, sorry!

The regular sized eggs are good. If you want to use the jumbo eggs, that is not a problem! No one should ever get in trouble for sending more than required...LOL! You can be creative with a funky shaped egg, too, if you wish. :-) I hope that helps clear everything up!

I guess I could sacrifice a chic shaped egg...maybe...if my partners are lucky heheheh!

Target had some awesome eggs, too. :-)
