Hello Card Makers!! This is an open theme card swap, limited to the USA to keep postage costs to a minimum. You will make two cards for each of your two partners. The theme is your choice, some examples are Happy Birthday, Fathers Day, Anniversary, Graduate, Get Well, Thanks, etc . Even Christmas cards are okay, whatever you are inclined to make at this time. Be sure to check your partners profile for preferences like color, religion, and so on. Use quality materials to construct your cards with at least two layers of cardstock and NO STICKERS. Embellishments are preferred but not required. Be sure to include a short note to your partner explaining how you came up with this particular card. Swap is open to Newbies. Don't join this swap if you have had a #1 rating in the last 6 months. If for some reason you cannot meet the requirements of this swap PM me and we will work it out.
Checkout www.cleanandsimplestamping.blogspot.com for some great ideas and sketches.
Hope you will join us. If this swap works out my BFF will host another in June.
Happy Cardmaking!!

What do you mean two layers of cardstock? I want to do some hand painted cards... would that be okay for this swap?

For Watchmespinning -- What I mean my two layers is you have the card base and at least one other layer of cardstock on top. It does not need to cover the entire top of the card, just give the card a little layering.

Can you paint on a layer and then attach it to the cardstock base?

Hope that helps.

"Be sure to include a short note to your partner explaining how you came up with this particular card" -- neither one of my partners noticed this line in the description (sigh).
