Description:
Pleating adds texture and depth. Let's use it on some ATCs. You will create 2 fabric ATCs with pleated fabric as a component, 1 for each of your 2 partners. ATCs must be made from fabric and/or fibers, sewn- by hand or machine; with the exception of needle felting. No glue. Cards may be quilted, felted, embroidered, appliqued, etc... any style related to fabric/fiber arts. ATCs must include pleated fabric, as the main covering or as one element. Any color, any style. 2 cards, 2 partners, 1 card each International
