Bento Tips

This is a list of Bento Tips Swap. No items will be exchanged. It is international.

This is for all of us who don't have access (or reliable) access to authentic Bento items, but still want to do Bento.

You will have 1 partner.

Here is the list you need to send. Remeber, no items. This is a letter.

1) At least two items that you use for making Bento that aren't made for Bento. (Example, Silicone cupcake holders for dividers.

2) Where you purchase said items. (Are they available at Target? Wal-Mart? etc.

3) Something you make especially for your Bento Box. Please include the recipe. It is okay if you are making a minature of a standard dish, like pizza. Example: I make spinach stuffing balls.

4) Why you pack a Bento lunch.

5) A tip to preserve food. (Not everyone is packing for a family.)

6) One tip for making Bento.

7) A photo of a Bento you made. It is okay to send a link to your blog, myspace account, flicker account, etc to satisfy this criteria. If you don't have any photos, just mention that. Not everyone snaps a photo of their Bento.

Feel free to send the same list to each partner.

Oh, and you will need a rating of 3 or above if you have made a swap, if you are a newbie, no rating (duh) is neccessary. I don't need references, just sign up!
