Description:
This is all Rye Ryes fault... OK, for this swap you will put together a "Dio De Los Muertos" (Day of the Dead) Doll for your partner. Size is up to you as they come in all sizes - from 2" to 3 feet. You can google the term and get tons of ideas for your doll. They can be made out of whatever material you choose, just make sure they fall into the theme. I've seen them in everything from paper mache to corn husks and clay. Lots of time to get it together as "Dio de Los Muertos" is on November 2. Any questions please PM me. Since the theme is a foregone conclusion you can start on your doll now!

I found a cool tutorial, says it has a pattern for it but I can't see where... Haven't printed it out yet!

I would LOVE to participe in this swap, but I'm too afraid of not being "crafty enough" to fully represent the true spirit of Dio de los Muertas. I'm still watching, though...

BarkleysMommy- Give it a shot, I don't think they look that hard once you really look at them. I've never made one before either! Glittergothgurl-I'd stay away from dotees as I've never seen a Dio Doll made as a dotee. Stretch your wings and try something new! As I said, I've never made one before either but I'm ging to try!
