People put time in to going out and buying you stuff and sending it to you the least you can do is rate them. So show them you appreciate them and rate them. If you do get something you don't like, you can not rate for that. Ratings are for getting there on time and if they followed swap guidelines.!!! Ok I believe thats it! Just remember to have FUN!!!!

If you do not receive, please communicate with your partner and your host. If you can not communicate with your partner and host at all and just go ahead and give them a 1 without trying, You will not be in anymore of my swaps, without giving your partner a chance to resend. Mail gets lost or takes longer if its International. Give a person a chance to respond, If not, There is no need to be swapping as you are bringing down ratings on a person that may not be a flaker because you decided not to communicate.Think about it you wouldn't want this to happen to you.
