Crochet (or knit) Jewelry Swap

One of our founders was so kind as to let me be an officer so I can host some swaps!! So this is my first official act - crochet (or knit) jewelry!!

I love jewelry!! This time of year it's chilly and it's PERFECT for scarves, and also for crochet jewelry.. I have done different crochet jewelry pieces.. one of which is the swap picture.. My idea for this swap was for the jewelry to be at least 50% yarn..but it can be all the way up to 100% if you like. Here are some links to some free patterns, but you can certainly use different patterns or design your own:

chunky cuffs

You are by FAR not limited to these patterns.. they are just an example.. you can use google and find all SORTS of free patterns..

For your partner you must make at least 2 of the following items:

1. Bracelet or cuff

2. Earrings

3. Necklace

Example - 1 necklace and 1 pair earrings, 1 pair earrings and one bracelet, etc.. please don't do more than 1 of the same item unless it will be extra in addition to the 2 item minimum. All the usual applies:

-make something you would want to receive - use the best quality supplies you have access to and use your crafting skills to the best of your ability - in other words - don't use crap you want to throw in the garbage, slap it together, and call it done ALTHOUGH thrifting of quality materials is ok - like unraveling a sweater for the yarn.. if you have a question just ask!

-no recent 1's or 3's - meaning in the last 6 months

-if you are running a bit late be courteous enough to let your partner know without them having to hunt you down, and BE HONEST!

-Sender's choice - but it's nice to make sure they don't get something in a color they say on their profile they hate.
