FPC: Handmade Note Cards & Matching Envelopes - ED

Make a "quilted" any occasion fabric note card for each of your 2 partners using this tute - feel free to play around with the design as long as it follows the basic construction shown in the tute. (I think the sample shown in the tute is butt-ugly, but I chose it for technique.)

Do not put any wording on the cards.

Also make matching paper envelopes for your cards. If you need help with this, just google "handmade envelope tutorial".

Providing a means of closure for the envelopes is optional (glue sticks work just fine) , but if you want, you may use any of these homemade envelope glue recipes or this one:

Envelope Glue

White school glue
White vinegar
Peppermint or vanilla extract (or any flavor that you like)

Mix equal amounts of white school glue and white vinegar together.
Add a couple of drops of extract and stir all ingredients together. Brush thin layer onto the envelope flap.
Let dry.
Moisten to seal.
