I would like to swap ribbons but 4 partner is too much!

Please post in meters.

Thank you.

I agree; I just started using ribbons, and have really been trying to work up my collection, but 4 partners is a lot; that's 16 yards of ribbon! At an average of about $2 per yard, that's $32 in ribbon, plus international shipping to 4 people....this swap would run me close to $70!

I have no idea what the measurments in meters would be I remember seeing somewhere that a meter was a tad over a yard. but im not sure about that. but you should be able to fit 4 yards and your bits and pieces in a small padded envelope and it shouldn't cost much to mail.

kylanicole - i don't think shipping ribbon (which is very light) would cost $38... even if you got all international partners.

I have my envies ready they each have over 5 yards of ribbon in them in a varity or styles and colors plus I added a good handfull of smaller bits althought most of them were at least 3 or 4 inches long. I left them open as im sure I will add more AS i find it. what I did for the 1 yard pieces is I folded a piece of paper several times and wrapped the ribbon around it makeing is flat and easy to send

I used large greeting card envies that I had but most any kind of envie will work . I am guessing that it will cost between 1 to 2 dollars to mail depend on where it is being sent to.

have fun

ribbon doesn't cost that much. its always on sale at JoAnn's for 30% to 60% off especially fall and holiday ribbon. No need to spend $2 a yard when you can buy a roll of it that usually contains 5-15 yrds for $2-$5. Use your 40% off coupons from Michael's or Hobby Lobby or Joann's from their email mailing lists:)

I got a package of ribbon from someone, and it didn't have a name anywhere on it. It wasn't aestheticonion or 3yorkiemom. The package had a wide farm-print ribbon in it. If you sent this to me, and want a rating, please msg me so I know who you are! =]
