Bunny in a box

Yes, that is not strictly what this swap is about, but it IS a bunny and it IS in a box =p

I have long wanted to make some kind of a creature in a matchbox, you know, decorate it and make it his little house awww. There was a story book I had as a kid that was about a little mouse who slept in a matchbox and it has stuck with me. I so wish I could remember what it was called as I really want to find it.

Anyway, for this swap we will do just that!

Make a mini bunny, this can be knitted, paper mache, clay, crochet, carved in wood or whatever else but it must be 3D and you must have made it yourself.

You will then make him a little hidey place out of a 32ct matchbox. You can do this however you like and present it in whatever way, a house, a bunny den or whatever but make it suit the bunny you created.

It is not required, but you can make or add some little extra things to your bunny abode like props or decoration. I plan to make carrots perhaps!

I don't feel the need to give any more rules as there is so much creative fun to be had with this that I would like you all to have free reign to do whatever you feel will work, but as always please make something that you feel your partner will love and appreciate and will want to display somewhere. E.g if your partner has a real aversion to kawaii or pink then perhaps do not make a fluffy pink critter living in a bubbly, cutesy fairy house =s

Package and wrap accordingly and with care and make sure to include a note/letter about your creation. Please give him a name and tell your partner a little about him and his little dwelling =D
