For this swap you will make a ATC in the theme of weather - THUNDERSTORMS. You can draw, paint, use fabric whatever as long as the end result screams - thunderstorm. Only a sticker will not make it an ATC. So think rain, lighting and storm clouds when making this ATC. You will be making one(1) ATCs for one(1) partner. The Rules: * ATC size: 2.5 x 3.5 inch.
