5/17/10 Just a little update Lots of stuff going on here kids sports, hubby is coming home in the next few weeks woo hoo!, leave time going home to visit family, and dealing with some health issues on top of everything else! When it rains it pours! so I will be finishing up the swaps I have out now and then I will be taking a break from swapping for awhile until things get settled down around here! Thanks everyone for the well wishes for our family! :)

I am a proud armywife! I have 4 wonderful kids 3 boys and our last was a little girl. We move around quite often. we are currently in the midwest. We lived in Germany for 3 1/2 years and we loved it! It was so interesting seeing the sights of Europe! I am a stay at home mom, I try to keep a stable schedule for the kids since dad is gone alot. He is Currently deployed for a year.He will be home in the next few weeks!!!!
I love different types of crafting! card making, sewing, scrapping, stamping, jewelery making, and I am trying learn to knit. I also am learning how to do cake decorating. I just started making ATC's!! With having a big family I cook ALOT! I really enjoy it and I am always looking for new recipes.

I collect Polish Pottery (I started my collection by going to the pottery shops in Poland so much cheaper prices than what you pay here!) I would say my decor is country vintage chic is that a term?? alot of black wrought iron, and black wooden shelves decorate my walls. My living room has pieces I collected from our travels I always check out the thrift, vintage, antique shops wherever we go. I do have a small postcard collection of places in Germany we visited and I found some awesome used postcards from the war era at a antique shop in Germany, they have the checked mail stamp from the german forces on them. I love vintage postcards. I just LOVE vintage items period! :)

As for reading I love to read books about families, or friends, I just have trouble finding the time with the four kids. I love the twilight series, Sookie stackhouse series, and all of Debbie macomber books. I always need bookmarks.

I am a handbagaholic! I change bags just about every week! Currently I am using the bigger bags with a short shoulder strap, that way I have plenty of room for all the kids stuff!

My family and I are HUGE Nascar fans!! My driver is #48 Jimmie Johnson and my hubby's driver is #88 Dale Earnhardt JR.

My Favorite Season is SUMMER! We love to go out to the lakes here on our boat, camping and sitting around a campfire is so relaxing to me.

I can listen to just about any kind of music not real into knowing who's who in the music world.

I love reality TV! they are my soap operas!

I started making zentangles LOVE it!

goodies LOVE Milk chocolate who doesn't?? ALL types of craft supplies. 5x5 or bigger pieces of novelty, fun print material to make my kids I spy quilts. rubber stamps for card making, stickers and embellishments for card making. cool beads for jewelery making. ephemera items, especially vintange print items to use as backgrounds, purses, gift bags I am not real picky I think others hand me downs could be my treasure!

with having the four kids any kid items are always appreciated. kids books, craft kits, Hot wheel cars, girly stuff for sissy,old costume jewelry, hair bows, dress up stuff for both boys and girls. I have a boy 13, boy 8, boy 4, & girl 3.
