20 Questions To Ask a Girl

1 Who are your closest friends? My husband is my best friend and so is my mom. But there are things you can't discuss with either of them so my girlfriends Kate, Kathy & Suz are my close friends.

2 How many siblings do you have? I have 2 sisters (I am the eldest).

3 What is the best vacation that you took? Italy in 2012, Bali in 2013, KL in 2014- every vacation is the best.

4 What are your favorite colors? I love purple and magenta. I also love pink and lime green together as a combination in art journaling. Blue and green are also a great combination for me.

5 What are your pet peeves? Dishonesty comes first here. Listening but not hearing me is also high on my list of pet peeve.

6 What do you do in your free time? I craft and scrapbook.

7 How often do you go out, where do you like to go? I go out when I'm stressed. Sometimes, I go out for a massage.Sometimes I go out with my mom for a coffee. Sometimes I go out with my hubby for breakfast. Sometimes I take the kids out for an ice-cream. Sometimes I go out for a walk on the beach.

8 What kind of a pet do you have? I have 2 cats. A Russian Blue and a Chocolate Birman.

9 What is your favorite food? Pasta anything lol

10 What is your favourite drink? I love coke

11 What is your favourite plant? I love frangipanis..and gardenia

12 What chore do you absolutely hate doing? I hate folding laundry!! Love doing it, putting it out, bringing it in, but hate putting it away!

13 What chore do you enjoy doing? Washing the dishes :) (hate loading the dishwasher!!)

14 What were you like when you were a kid? My sis and I used to ride around on our bikes after school till the sun went down and we occasionally played in the graveyard.

15 What is your favourite ice-cream flavour? Vanilla bean...yum

16 If you had a super-power, what would it be? I would love to be able to teleport...hate sitting in traffic!!

17 What do you miss most about being a kid? The lack of responsibility.

18 What's your star sign? I am a scorpio (nov 19th)

19 Do you regret anything? Not having more kids!

20 Do you believe in God? Yes I do. He is my Creator, Sustainer & Cherisher and I worship Him alone without associating partners with you.

Things that upset me in swapping

• Having things I have sent to people come back to me ( embellishments, cards, envelopes. It means you do not treasure what I make for you),
• Swappers who do not rate when they receive but expect to be rated straight away,
• Swappers that swap for the heck of swapping and not for the joy of making and receiving, -Swappers who do not take the time to say hello when they send their swaps.

Electronic Swapping

• I host the occasional swap and I have come to realise that I have some pet peeves and requirements for people who post things to my profile.

• If you are posting things on my profile for me, I will ask that you don't post identical pics of those things on someone else's profile. I believe that no 2 profiles should EVER look the same...and some people are choosing great pics but are then repeating those on all participants profiles and when I go visiting, I see the same thing on the right of people's profiles and it takes away from all that uniqueness and individuality that the swapper has worked so hard to achieve on the left side of their profile.

• If you are reading this and are a dedicated swapper, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go the extra mile and never post the same picture on someone else's profile. Although these swaps are electronic and do not require $ in terms of postage, we are lovely and unique individuals we should honour that uniqueness and try to deliver individuality in our electronic swaps as well. When done correctly, everyone will have an awesome profile and will look forward to visiting their own profile as a break from the daily grind.

I have been reading to my boys for the past 15 years now and it has become such a tradition that we have taken it so many steps further and created art and crafts of the characters we have come to know and love.

Of course, I must start with the Harry Potter Series. Both my boys have read and loved this world so much that I can not help love it along with them (even though I read it before they came along).
