I am a Senior, and a widow....I have 3 sons..... 15 grandchildren.....11 great grandchildren..... I live in Northern Alberta, Canada I came here for a two week holiday in 2007 to see one of my grandsons graduate from high school......when on the main highway a lady came through a stop sign....I had a broken neck...both ankles and both lower leg bones broken.....I was here two years before the Insurance company and the Doctors agreed I could return to my home in Ontario......however, I was seemed to be settled in, had made some friends.....so I bought a house and decided to stay..... I am an avid reader....love murder mysteries especially ones about serial killers...... and I sew......anything for anyone...... rubber stamping is a hobby of mine, making cards, ATC's, whatever.....I have several hundred stamps......and supplies like you wouldn't believe...... I really don't collect anything anymore..... used to collect 'cows'.....now just cow stamps..... that's about it! Aubrey...

I decided to add a few more facts about me..... I share my home with a beautiful, purebred Ragdoll male cat......Theo.....he's 2 years old.....he seems to think he is allowing me to share with him! I was born and raised in Vancouver B.C....my mom had relatives in Ontario......we went back and forth every year.....on my first trip at age 8, I met my future husband......married in 1955....then became a fulltime Ontario resident......and I was a farmer's wife!......hence my interest in cows..... he passed away in 2001 from cancer....... I love to bake and cook....however, I don't do too much now that I'm on my own.... However there are always fresh muffins in the cookie jar...... I do sew a great deal.....sewing and repair work for Seniors in the area...... I enjoy making Altered books and Round Robins.... making and trading ATCs...... I do not eat red meat, but love seafood..... I travel a great deal....Theo and I drive back and forth to Ontario twice a year.....at my age, it isn't certain how much longer I will be able to do this driving.....in August we are heading to an area near Helena, Montana for two weeks, then on to Ontario...... My favorite colors are earth colors...silver grey... purples.....blues....but honestly, I enjoy most colors.....I do think red and green are mainly Christmas colors...... I teach two classes a month at our local library....Rubberstamping for Kids......as well, I teach stamping to Seniors at the local Lodge.... I dislike smoking....having to admire photos of people I don't know..... I have no allergies..... Aubrey
