I am an artist & creator working out of Boissevain, Manitoba, Canada. I am a photographer, painter, knitter, quilter, sewer, crocheter and scrap-booker, I could go on, but it would be boring - I'm addicted to anything crafty! I do run a shop on etsy selling photography prints. I take inspiration from the vast and ever-changing prairie landscape where I live.

I'm a huge bookworm! My most recent reads have been:The Bonesetters Daughter,The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl Who Played with Fire,The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets Nest, The Virgin Cure, The Birth House, The Hunger Games Series (that is only the last couple of months!). I recently went back to University to study English - am looking forward to a number of new required readings....

Have to say I'm pretty bad for watching anything regularily but when I get the chance I enjoy...any MTV Reality Series (fabulous for mindless escapism!) The Big Bang Theory, How I met your mother, anything on HGTV (Home & Garden Network), TLC, Discovery

Like I said above - EVERYTHING!!! Mainly papercrafts, ATCs - just discovered the joy of creating these and am super addicted!, Quilting, knitting, crocheting, painting, photography.

The colour purple, tea (all kinds but chai), anything monogrammed with the letter "B", things for gardening, eyes for amigurmi, trims, yarn (especially homespun! & organic or sustainable - bamboo, organic cotton, etc), stamps (both rubber and postage), Bob Dylan anything, fifties & sixties folk anything, anything textile related, having a baby in November - so anything baby-related that could be useful, socks (who doesn't like socks?!?)

Almost nothing...except maybe the colour pink (although I don't have a hate-on for it or anything), Not a big candy eater either although I do like chocolate and if I did receive candy I would just take it to my workplace and have others eat it! Don't like strong smelling soaps, candles, lotions.
