I'm 36, married, and have two children. I work one day a week and stay home the rest of the time. I enjoy gardening, reading, writing, baking, and crocheting. My specialty is Triple Chocolate Biscotti. Yum! I'm also a huge chocoholic!

I enjoy a little bit of everything except for hard rock and rap. Some of my favorite artists are Martina McBride, Carrie Underwood, and Kelly Clarkson.

I absolutely love to read! Classics, chick lit, self-help, romance, mysteries, historical fiction, and children's books. I don't read sci-fi or horror. I have a collection of classics and some antique/vintage children's books.

My all-time favorite is Anne of Green Gables. My other favs are Gone With the Wind, Little Women, Sense and Sensibility, and Titanic. I'm a bit of a romantic.

My favorite dramas are Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, and Army Wives. I also like some of the reality series like American Idol and Survivor. I hate game shows and soap operas.

Crocheting is what I do best, but I've tried my hand at many things over the years. I would really like to get started quilting. I do some scrapbooking and I like to do projects with my kids.

Things I love: chocolate, tea, hot cocoa, music boxes, black and white photos, postcards, stationary, books, gardening supplies, anything for the kitchen. My style is a combo of classic and contemporary. Most of my house is done in earthy colors. My bedroom is blue and has a Tuscan theme (this is my favorite room because it's so calming).

I don't like coffee or any kind of coffee flavored items. I have allergies to smoke and heavily scented items so I tend to steer clear of perfumes and candles. I also don't appreciate anything that is distasteful (sexually suggestive, foul language, and such).
