Call me Dezi, I'm an open minded eclectic person who loves to create, share, and learn.

I’ve dabbled in almost every art medium and I love traditional mail!

I was born and raised with California sunshine, Disneyland, books, and a passion for history.

I love to travel and when I can’t I enjoy sending mail to places near and far. I’ve been to much of North America, Europe, and South America as well as 46/50 States in the US. I really hope to hit those last four states and then maybe Asia.

Disclaimer! I’m a huge Disney fan and love sharing crafty ideas with other Disney fans. My favorite pastime is visiting Disney parks with my husband and making memories. I know Disney can be considered 'childish' by some and that's okay, I enjoy the hopeful childish dreamy aspects of the company as much as the hard reality of what it cost to create an empire that created such a deep cultural impact on the world. I have studied, read about, and written essays on everything from the engineering aspects of certain park rides to comparing original literature to it's 'Disneyfied' counterpart so feel free to hit me with more than the average princess sticker!

I’m not a religious person but respect whatever gives people what they need to get through the blows life deals. That said I have no problem receiving or sending religious messages if that’s what inspires people’s creativity. I've studied various versions of The Bible extensively both old and new testament for school and respect it and all texts holy or otherwise. I do have very religious family members and happily pass such sentiments to them when they are in need.

When it comes to ratings (and life) I believe the key to everything is proper COMMUNICATION!

PLEASE communicate with me if something has/hasn't arrived, if there's an emergency/natural disaster, if you're hoping for something specific from a swap. Tell me, if you don't tell me I won't know and can't help/accommodate/respond.

I rate the same day I receive, if you haven't gotten a rating from me it's because I haven't received anything from you.

I understand the postal service can be crazy, so I usually give a one month benefit of the doubt grace period. That doesn't mean you can send a month late without ever contacting me and expect a 5, it means if you sent out on the right date and your parcel is delayed up to a month that's how long I'm willing to be patient for before rating a 1.

International is always given a bit more benefit of the doubt since I know with customs and such things can be held up for longer periods of time.

Likewise, if you haven't received something from me PLEASE tell me! I keep tracking numbers for everything I can and if something was lost in the mail I want the chance to re-send it to you! 90% of the time I take my swaps right to the post office to ensure they arrive as smoothly as possible with no postage due snags and such.
