!!!!! Friends I am having serious financial hardship, so I won't be doing much swapping right now. I enjoy a good letter and getting to know new people! Do not worry about having to have perfect spelling or the best handwriting, I never judge! I like long letters, short letters, typed and handwritten, postcards, homemade cards, and even just a simple piece of artwork you may wish to share! I return the favor if you send trinkets or care packages! I love to exchange all kinds of items from recipes, teas, writing supplies and anything fun!

I am a deeply religious person and consider myself a Christian and a Catholic. My family is Irish and the sides have always been split between the orange and the green men! However I chose to walk both sides, which works very well in the profession I am studying for as a hospital chaplain. Do not be afraid to write me even if your non-religious or of a different religion than mine! I am non-judgmental and always wiling to learn and be open minded to people.

I enjoy darker things in life! I enjoy older scary movies such as “The last man on earth” by Vincent Price. Vincent Price is an actor I adore along with Bela Lugosi. I also like a lot of Tim Burton movies my current favorite is “Coraline” Along side movies I am an avid reader, I finally broke down and bought myself a kindle to keep up with the habit but I still enjoy “real” books! My most recent prized position is the book called “Cooking to kill” a delightful cookbook full of poisonous recipes! I think Edward Gorey’s children’s books are wunderbar! Oh I am also attempting to teach myself the German language as I fell in love with it when I was an army brat living in Germany!

I collect dolls, hence my nickname that my friends and family call me by. My current obsessions are the “Little Apple Dolls” I enjoy pink flamingos, much to the despair of my husband, because they are over taking my home and yard! I enjoy garden gnomes also even if they known to be aggressive!

I have a curiosity cabinet that I am always looks to add unusual items too! I have several pinned butterflies and some Victorian relics I treasure highly!
