I'm a Dutch "girl" 42 years of age who loves to swap with all kinds of people from all over the world.

***** Little update ***** I'm very said to tell that on the 25th of february 2018 the love of my life and best friend in the world died of a heartdisease. It's a very sad and difficult time and it means I need to reinvent my life now that I have to do it all by myself. Hopefully Swap-Bot can help me a bit with that.

I love to photograph the world around me, travel, walk long walks, read books and watch a good movie. I'm interested in Philosophy and the world we life in and like to exchange ideas with other people about it. I'm interested in what motivates YOU and how YOU deal with everyday day life.

Why I joined swap-bot? The idea of exchanging stuff, challenge each other to make things and meet new people who love the same things as you do makes it very exciting. It is also a great idea to find some other things in the mail then bills and stuff related to taxes!!!

I'm inspirated by nature, faces, beautifull bodies, quotes, poems, books, movies and just every day life.

At this moment there is only one thing for me and that is Viking. I absolutely love the though guys that have to fight for life and country. My all time favorite is Ragnar, but I also enjoy the little bit strange Floki.

My all time favorite tear jurking movie is Bridge over Madison County. A movie with Clint Eastwood and Meril Streep. A housewife that lifes a boring life (somewhat in the 60's or 70's) meets, while her family is away, by change a photographer from the National Geographic. It is only for 4 days, but they turn her life upsite down. Every time she sits in the car by her husband with the handle of the door in her hand, he in the car before her, touching her necklace that hangs on the mirror, waiting for her even when the lights are already green, I can't help but feeling the tears roll down my cheek. To me a film about true love.

I love everything that has to do with art journaling. Collages, beautiful handwriting in combination with self made art, pictures that tell about you and your life, colourfull pages, mixed media, combinations where people used embroading with textiles and paper. I can't do it myself, but I love beautifull paintings, drawings, experiments with different materials.

I really like the following colours:. - Greek blue - Pink - Black and White

I love pictures and collages. Especially in combination with quotes and texts.
