I'm a little bit eclectic in what I listen to: Old school 80's alternative, EBM & Electronica, folk music, women's folk rock, new age, classical, musicals, choral music, Depeche Mode, U2, Loreena McKennitt, the Cure, the Corrs, Madonna, Joan Osbourne, Assemblage 23, Indigo Girls, Enya, etc.

Again, fairly eclectic: Whale Rider, The Color Purple, Labrynth, Breakfast Club, Goonies, The Scent of Green Papaya, Memoirs of a Geisha, Benny & Joon, Coyote Ugly, Fried Green Tomatoes, Spitfire Grill, Alice in Wonderland, Stomp the Yard, Center Stage, Sister Act, Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, Nightmare Before Christmas, Finding Neverland, What Dreams May Come, etc.

Stamp-making, sewing, card-making, paper arts, recycled art, sketching, pen & ink doodles, cross-stitch, knitting, beadwork, etc. Recently I have tried my hand at ATC's, inchies and making a Dotee doll. What fun!

In no particular order: celtic artwork, open-mindedness, pink, black, faeries, mysticism, native american spirituality, goddess, incense, flavored black teas, chocolate, travel, simple living, cute but useful things, interesting stickers, glass seed beads, dress forms (Kimberly Poloson), Paris decor (not pink & black--I like the neutral colored stuff--black, white, beige...), bellydance (cabaret/fusion), Tim Burton, Hello Kitty, cats, shrinky dinks, rainbows, stainless steel jewelry, pure beeswax candles w/ 100% cotton wicks, simple recipes, "green" and eco-friendly products, Thai food (not too spicy, though), creative surprises. I also collect pressed pennies and classic enameled pins from the various places I have visited. I am also starting a collection of patches (any type).

Petroleum-based candles (I use 100% beeswax candles only), excessive plastic packaging, narrow-mindedness, strong or fake scents, including cigarette smoke, black licorice, christian religious stuff, super spicy foods...

I am really easy to please, actually. Aside from anything listed in my "Likes" list, here are some ideas of things it would be cool to receive:

1) Alternate food storage options (I avoid using and purchasing plastic in my kitchen)

2) Plus-size clothing patterns

3) Fabric (useable scraps are okay) for creating fuseable art

4) Fabric fusing

5) P-Z Cut from stampeaz.com

6) Small ink pads

7) Card making supplies and embelishments

8) A dumbek (for middle-eastern drumming classes)

11) Simple recipes (I bake well, but cooking dinner is the biggest challenge on the planet!)
