My name is Lauren, i love to knit, cook, and play with my son Indiana. we are really into the outdoors, we like to go walking along the river. i have a wonderful husband named Matt, he has a big beard. we are young parents with lots of energy. i guess i would say we are a pretty modern family. i love etsy and i have shop. i love anything handmade. handmade soaps and bath products are amazing. i do a lot of vegetarian cooking, my husband doesn't eat meat but my son and i do.i really like amber jewlery.

My husband was in a really rad band but left so we could start our family. now he plays with our one year old. some of my favorite bands are: We're From Barcelone, Mew, The Pixies, Sigur r os, Sufjian Stevens, Le Crae, Aloha, Gang of Horses, Rilo Kiley, and many more...

music is a big part of my life but im pretty picky.

i really love history and anything book that invovled some sort of drama in history gets me. my favorite author is fancesca lia block and i love poetry.

the squid and the whale, lars and the real girl, half nelson, the name sake, the snapper, juana de loca, the life aquatic, the royal tenenbaums, rushmore, finding nemo, peggy sue got married is my favorite of all time.

i wear jewelry but im not into gold. i don't like most of the little boy clothes i encounter. I'm not into anything with words on it, dump trucks or anything that screams "hey! the child wearing this is a boy!". i just like things simple, and i really like stripes. i am allergic to soy, only when i eat it though, not the candles

I really like lemon scents, cotton, mago or fruit, and amber. i also loveeee oatmeal and milk soaps.
