Hello out there. My name is Bonni. I live in northeast, Ohio. I love to travel - especially to places I’ve never been. And I collect stuff along the way.

MY COLLECTIONS (Oh so many!)

Postcards. I’ve been collecting postcards for more than 50 years. My main postcard collecting interests are cats, lightning, fireworks, Christmas lights and Cleveland (Ohio).

I really like Van Gogh. Starry Night is my favorite painting. I LOVE postcards with Starry Night as the background with an overlay of somewhere else. (Example: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1175974118/birch-wood-salem-massachusetts-starry )

I also like “Did you know?” cards, Facts/Trivia, Lombard Street, Christmas markets, sandcastles, then/now views, people hula hooping and Halloween related (but not horror, evil, etc.)

I have dozens of other favorite categories. Generally, cards that are interesting, unusual or unique.

Souvenir Pencils. I inherited my mom’s collection and have kept it going. Since I travel quite a bit I continue to pick up pencils along the way. Well, sometimes I’ll pick up a pen, too, if it’s really, really unusual.

Bookmarks. This collection is much smaller and is mostly geared toward places I’ve been or are very creative… generally made out of something other than paper.

Starbucks cards with cats on them. Or Halloween… I collect those, too.

Historical books relating to Cleveland. Cleveland’s history is fascinating and so much more interesting than the present. I’m not a fan of fiction.

CATS - the ALW musical. I collect anything and everything related to the show. I have a huge collection which includes everything from Playbills & ticket stubs to costumes & props. Yes, there are still a lot of souvenir type items that I don’t have - mainly from the international productions.

Halloween Witch Cats. These are black cats wearing witch type hats. Purple hats are my favorite.

Pathtags. I’m a geocacher, so that naturally morphed into collecting pathtags. Again, cats are my favorite type.

Quotes. I like happy and motivating quotes.

HERE ARE THE THINGS I DON’T LIKE

I’m not a fan of sitting still, so I really don’t care for movies and TV.

I’m not interested in sports & games. I’m simply not competitive.

And I don’t like people who are unkind or hurtful.
