I'm a 29 year old woman from the Netherlands. I have 2 little kids, a boy (2 1/2y) and a girl (11m). I like things to be colorfull and brite. My favourite colors are blue and green. We use our bikes a lot. I enjoy sitting in our garden. Unfortunately we have no animals. I would like to have a cat.

I like making postcards. I do embroidery. My sewingmachine is possibly one of the most used electronics her in the house. I love to make clothes for the kids. I also sew other usefull items (like bags or toys).

I've discovered zentangling as a great way to spend my time and to clear my head. I love all the different patterns and hope to learn a lot more in the future.

For making ATC's I'm picking up some crafts I did allready in the past. Like using my watercolourpencils.

FAVOURITE BOOKS I like picture books, which are filled only with pictures and have no text in it (like Monky). I would like to have more time to read. I love it so much. I mostly read books from Dutch authors. Translated books are allways loosing something in meaning. I prefer chicklit for teens above the normal chicklits. Some time ago I read a lot of chicklit and after a while you begin to recognize a pattern and it gets a little bit boring. In chicklit for teens I haven't recognized the pattern yet, so that is still interesting to me.

FAVOURITE MUSIC I like cheerfull music like K3 (3 girls from Belgium, they make popmusic for kids). I also enjoy listening tot music from Era.

Mostly I listen to the radio with music from the 90's untill now.

FAVOURITE TELEVISION I love watching TV-shows like America's/Hollands/Benelux/Australia's Next Top Model and Project Runway.

FAVOURITE SPORTS At the moment I am not excersizing a kind of sport. I'm considering to pick up dance, skating or swimming again. Thankfully I drive my bike and walk a lot, so I get my daily excersize. In winter I watch the ice-skating competitions on television.

Everything you make for my kids i will allways like. actually I think I will enjoy almost anything that is given to us. I'm not very picky. I can only think of one specific thing I would want: pixiehat

I like to be surprised. In the past I got things, which I didn't even know it existed and proved to be very usefull or made my life easier.

For as fabrics are concerned I prefer whimsical over realistic fabrics.

I like things to be colorfull and cheerfull. I favourite colors are: blue, pink and green.

I enjoy my cups/pots of tea in the morning and evening. I like my tea to be without caffeine, like rooibos tea or honeybush tea or other herbs. But rather no green teas. Oh and I don't like vanilla. I'd love to taste other kinds of tea from around the world.

I really dislike things that have to do with violence of any kind. Like weapons, army/armyprints... But also disrespect, discrimination or cursing.

** However I delight chocolate I can't eat it now, because my daughter reacts badly to it (I'm breastfeeding). So no chocolate for me sadly enough. But my husband would love to help eating the chocolate you send.

I've participated in a couple of Postcard swaps now and I enjoy them really much. Nice to get cards from all over the world. I love cards which display the place where you live: famous buildings, nature. Kind of a way to explore the world. So actually I love to receive the very touristy cards from your hometown.

I've just discovered dotee dolls through Swap-Bot. I think they're really great. Before I dreaded handsewing, but know I enjoy it and it works very calming to me. I've made 3 dotees and I'm working on the next ones. It just gives a boost to creativity. I'm looking forward to send and receive more dotees. So I'm also very happy receiving materials for making this cute dolls: ribbons, buttons, beads, pieces of fabric/felt, thread...
