I am totally TOTALLY new to this, but am absolutely fascinated by the idea... I took myself off Facebook about a month ago with the intention of actually writing to and seeing people. I think this may be what I was looking for...

I love to photograph anything and everything. I love to draw, stick stuff down, make sketchbooks, look through said sketchbooks, read foreign magazines, watch foreign films (Mainly French... Amelie...), reorganise my room, eat peanut butter and jam sandwiches, play my music too loud, collect books which I never get around to reading, buy notebooks which I never get around to filling, trawling Paperchase and the haberdashery department in John Lewis, wearing scarves, playing the violin, expanding my portfolio and wishing I had a cat...

I love to write and draw and photograph and stick stuff down. I hope this gets me doing it again. I've had too long a break, for valid reasons, but joining is getting me excited about it all again. A bit Hoxton lovelies mixed with Avedon mixed with the Womens Institute...

I live in the UK, but plan on travelling the world with my camera. I'm talking India, China, Australia (I'm 1/4 Aussie... Fosters ad, anyone?), Indonesia, New Zealand, Thailand, Cambodia, Czech Republic, Sweden, Norway, Italy...

I have a penchant for iD, Vogue, Indie, Above, Nylon, Dazed and Confused, Elle, ViVi, Pop, W... And all and any Zines and Blogs I can get my hands on.

Anything from Rage Against the Machine to Jeff Buckley to Vivaldi to Be Your Own Pet to Justin Timberlake to Caspa and Rusko and back again.

If it's got a bassline and a guitar, I'm in. I realise this doesn't really cover Vivaldi, but I'm sure we can forgo that...
