Hey guys! So happy to be here swapping with all you fine humans =] My name is Laura, and I'm 29. I was born and raised in the Bay Area of California (about an hour south of San Francisco). I moved out of my hometown last year and since then, I’ve lived in two different cities in the Sacramento, CA area.

Now, to give you some ideas for what to send me in swaps ... Here are some collections I am working on. *Postcards: I like my Pc's sent in an envelope (even if swap calls for naked, I would prefer this ) ! I know I am in the minority on this one, but it’s made me sad too many times when a card shows up that I love but it has gotten ripped or scuffed all up by those brutal post office machines!) I also like to be able to use the postage stamps from the envie for crafting .thanks so much! =]

like single view cards. Both touristy or non-touristy (particularly if they relate to my list of favorite themes below).

I have begun to collect state PCs, either map ones, or if it has the name of the state on front. so far i already have : maine (thats it so far! help me out lol)

*i would love to receive cute iron -on patches, necklaces ( just not super tight , I like chokers only if there’s the extended chain.. or else I tend to feel like I’m , y’know, choking ) I love just cool pendants too if you don’t have the chain it’s okay. I also like bracelets ( just not the bangle ones, I usually can’t squeeze my hand through them )

• used (or new) postage stamps: I am planning to make a collage out of them once I have enough of them. It's gonna look fabulous! I love international stamps, old/vintage stamps from anywhere..but also, really any interesting, unique, beautiful postage stamps in general!!!

Other things I’d love to receive: * I just got into making ATCs so supplies would be appreciated! I also love receiving atcs and handmade cards, envelopes, etc (but only if they are made by you, please.) *rubber stamps *die cuts * beautiful/cool/funny/unique/vintage images from magazines, books, children’s books, etc , particularly (if they are related to my list of interests) *funny/cute comic clippings(my favorites are lio and mutts)

Things I enjoy: *favorite color is turquoise *the beach, ocean, and anything "costal" *memaids *narwhals (unicorns of the sea! =] ) *any marine/ocean life, such as octopus, manatees, sea otters, seahorses, jellyfish, sea turtles, orcas... etc, etc!! just no sharks please D= )
*anything related to our beautiful moon, it has a special significance to me. (Moon phase stuff is awesome).
*constellations, nebula, anything "galaxy" ( I don’t believe in astrology though, so I don’t particularly care about star signs.) *unicorns *Holland Lop and Lionhead rabbits.. as a teen I raised and showed these breeds *Ancient Egyptian *dia de Los muertos * vintage pin up girls *black&white photography *old architecture *castles *tie dye and ombré *national parks, museums, zoos, aquariums *I usually find things pertaining to mythology intriguing *If you have a talent in calligraphy or hand-lettering, I’d love to see it. maybe it’ll finally inspire me to try to learn it myself)! *dreamcatchers/native american *most exotic animals. My favorite birds are peacocks, flamingos, and owls. I love Woodland animals such as wolves, foxes. Jungle animals like giraffes, elephants, lions, tigers .. (don’t like bears so much after watching the renevant, haha), * cacti/succulents *kawaii , “cute” things (but not hello kitty or children’s cartoon characters) * gardening themed ... especially featuring ladybugs, sunflowers, or tomatoes!

I'm gonna include this list, because I would hate for you to spend your time and postage sending me something I wouldn't truly enjoy! * I don't have any kids --I don't want things for little kids!! like foam stickers!
