5/18/11 - They caught the guys stealing from mailboxes. Basically they were stealing things to wash checks, steal identities, and find cash or things they could use for cash. I still am not sending from my mailbox because I am afraid these guys and their "ring" know it was me who tattled on them because I saw them walking up the street (dressed in city workers vests) and witnessed one of them peek into my neighbors mailbox. I have resent to every single swapper that has sent me a message about a missing swap or tag. As of today I have received messages about 2 more that will be resent by Monday 5/23. If you still have not received something from me, PLEASE MESSAGE ME! I have no way of knowing what has been received and what has not and want to make everything right with everyone.

Also, I have voluntarily left many of the groups I am in. This is in no way meant to offend anyone. With all the troubles I have had I have decided to really cut back on SB and I am not able to give each group the attention and participation that it deserves.

We have smoke allergies in our house. Please make sure that items are as smoke free as possible or are washable. This usually is only a problem with stuffed items or toys.

I am a vegan and stay at home mommy of 3 of the world's brightest futures. My children, husband, and home are my life. That's not to say I am a robot though. I have passions and they include crafting, giving, and swapping. So here I am.

I am a creature of many habits and have walked down so many different roads in life that they have all blurred into one. I am goth, redneck, "susie homemaker", punk, nerdy, geeky, and about a million other things. I have a slight problem with CDO (it's OCD but in alphabetical order as it should be) but only with certain things. I also have issues with ADD, most often in my crafting.

I love to knit, sew, quilt, scrapbook, papercraft, work with resin, crochet, embroider, and am learning to cross stitch and diving into the world of wood burning. I would love to learn to make candles and cold process soaps. If it can be crafted, I want to try it.

The worst thing ever is something that someone has put no time, effort, or thought into. I love to give hearts and give them based on the effort and love put into the swap, not just for extras.

I listen to all types of music (other than hardcore rap) and people are often amused to see the songs I keep in my MP3 player. My all time favorite band has to be the Misfits (as I would love to marry Jerry Only one day) and my favorite singer of all time is Tori Amos. I am a fan, but not one of those uber fans. I am also a big fan of The Cure.

When I say everything, I mean everything too. In my MP3 player line up right now I have Misfits, Chemical Romance, Taylor Swift, Belinda Carlise, Trisha Yearwood, Razed in Black, Cure, and Cannibal Corpse to name a few.

I don't get much time to watch television, but I do enjoy watching past episodes on Netflix. Some of my favorites are Dead Like Me, Married with Children, Dexter, Eureka!, Weeds, Hoarders, Project Runway, Royal Pains, Family Guy, South Park, and the Simpsons.

I don't like to watch a lot of serious movies. When I get the chance to watch a movie that is rated higher than G, it is usually after the kids are in bed and I hate watching serious or scary things that close to bedtime. I have crazy vivid dreams and the last thing I need is to wake up from a nightmare about Freddy Crouger cutting my hair in the middle of a supermarket while wearing no more than a nightgown...This has happened.

Here is a little info about my kids since they love to get mail just as much as I do.

Alexandria - age 12 goes by "Alex" She loves horses and feels she is "too old" for most homemade items other than the occasional pair of PJ pants or arm warmers. She is into camo and skulls and loves really bright colors of nail polish.

Athena - age 6 She loves Littlest Pet Shops, Zoobles, Hello Kitty, Cars, Monsters Inc, and most non-princess Disney. She loves to play outside and is in the local dance company. She also likes everything her sister likes.

Troy- age 3 - he loves Cars, tools, all vehicles, Batman, Star Wars, and dinosaurs. He loves to get into things and loves to create art.
