To my partners, I live in a very rural area with only 1600 people. Mail does not come to my house. We do have a post box down the street with more then 40 others. I don't feel comfortable leaving your swaps out there so I take them to the post office in town. The last pick up here is at 230 (not 530 like most bigger towns.) Also the post office is closed on Saturday. So if I drop something off after 230 on the due date it will not get postmark until the next day. Please try to be understanding of this. Also if there is anything wrong with the swap please message me before giving me a bad rating. I would like the opportunity to make it right before you rate me.

I’m from San Diego CA. I’m a retired Animal Control Officer; I did it for 15 years, it was my passion and I miss it dearly. I had back surgery and am no longer able to do the job.

Due to me retiring I decided to move La Pine Oregon to live near my parents and start a new chapter in my life. Defiantly a big change from San Diego and I’m still getting use to the winter up here. But I love the beauty and simple life it offers. I just started (April 2017) working in the small town I live in. I love it. Its so neat to be part of a small town community!

(Update March 2018) I'm starting a new job at a veterinary hospital! I'm super excited to get back to working with animals! I also decided to go back to school to become a certified veterinary technician.

I love being near my parents. My mom (luvbird) is also on Swap-bot, I love doing crafts with her. We have SOOOO much fun shopping for supplies too and we share everything which is fun.

Some of my favorite things to do other than crafts are camping, fishing, and hiking. I love being outdoors enjoying nature. I also love thrift store shopping. I could spend a whole day hitting up several stores. I love finding cute clothes and shoes for dollars. I also love sitting outside bird watching or sitting by a fire pit.

I LOVE animals!! I have three cats: Teddy, Ninny and Tinker Bell. I have a 15-year-old Border Collie named Smokey Joe and French Bull dog named Daisy Mae. And can’t forget my bearded dragon (lizard) named Hopps. All of them are from the shelter! Shelter pets are the BEST!!

I’m a spiritual person and I try to be positive and loving in all situations. I like inspirational quotes.

I love doing all kinds of crafts from paper crafts, sewing, jewelry making, making wreaths, pretty much everything.

I love make ATCs, inchies, twinchies, tags and other altered art!

Crafts I want to learn to do are crocheting/knitting, tole painting, hand drawing and painting.

I’ve been trying new mix media techniques lately, which have been a lot fun!

A few of my favorite things are; Anything French bulldog, Dogs, Cats, birds (some of my favorite are hummingbirds, blue jays, owls and hawks), Feathers, wildlife, Dream catchers, Vintage, Victorian, Shabby chic,

My favorite colors are: shabby chic colors, soft pinks and creams ext. I also love Peacock blue, dark red and plum purple.

Things I don’t like are perfume and floral smells (I get a headache) and neon colors.
